Hull Creative Group Adds to its Awards Collection
November 4, 2002 – Hull Creative
Group, Inc., a design and marketing communications firm, has
recently won the following awards for design excellence:
2001 Annual Report Competition Award for producing
MRO Software’s 2001 annual report, sponsored by the
League of American Communications Professionals.
RX Club Show Award of Excellence for ingenuity and
creativity in health care advertising for St. Vincent’s
Comprehensive Cancer Center.
American Graphic Design Awards Competition for Web
site design for The Boston Group, a software developer and
technical consulting firm.
American Graphic Design Awards Competition for a direct
mail brochure promoting the new capabilities of Summit Press.
Creativity 32 Award for a promotional piece, shaped
like a genie lamp, targeted toward adjunct faculty for educational
publishers, Allyn & Bacon.
Creativity 32 Award for T-shirts designed to promote
Hull Creative Group in celebration of the 2002 Boston Marathon.
MRO Software’s 2001 Annual Report – Drawing
more than 600 annual reports representing organizations ranging
form top ten Fortune 500 companies to community based nonprofits,
the LACP competition selected Hull Creative Group as a bronze
winner for its combination of creativity, readability, clarity,
artwork, cover and information accessibility.
St. Vincent’s Comprehensive Cancer Center –
The RX Club Show competition, an independent forum where original
work developed for the health care industry is judged for
creativity and appeal, selected Hull Creative Group’s
advertising campaign for its powerful yet positive images,
and its successful portrayal of the “quality of life”
theme. Ads ran in the New York Times, the New York Post, and
the New York Daily News.
The Boston Group – The American Graphic Design
Awards competition selected Hull Creative Group from more
than 10,000 entries, of which less than 1,000 were named winners,
for designing a distinctive Web site to help brand The Boston
Group as an established leader in software development and
technical consulting.
Summit Press –
Hull Creative Group won an American Graphic Design
Award for designing “True
Colors,” a direct mail brochure
featuring appealing photographs and bold, vivid colors to
showcase new color and coating techniques available through
Summit’s presses.
Allyn & Bacon – Creativity
32 chose Hull Creative Group from over 7,000 entries, of which
1,400 were chosen, for its “adjunct
genie” promotion, designed
to reach part-time faculty whose wishes for textbooks and
educational products are often overlooked.
Hull Creative Group – A promotion
consisting of a T-shirt designed in celebration of the 2002
Boston Marathon integrating an image of the finish line (located
directly below Hull Creative Group’s third floor offices),
with the copy, “Results. No
Sweat.” garnered a Creativity
32 Award in the “self promotion”
category.
